PHOTO EDITING PERSONALIZED TO YOUR STYLE AND NEEDS
There are a lot of great reasons to outsource different tasks in your business. Whatever the reason is that brought you here, I would love to help!
Building a photography business is a huge investment. I know how hard you have worked to get to where you are. And I know how passionate you are about your work. You go above and beyond for your clients. Let me do the same for you! As your photo editor my goal is to support and elevate the incredible business that you have created.
Nervous? I get it. Editing is such an important part of your business. Its difficult to think about passing it off to someone who is not you. And you have a style that is uniquely yours. How can an editor match that? That style will always be yours and yours alone. With the method I use, it is possible for me to edit a photo to the style that you have created!
Jennifer is a dream to work with! She is highly communicative and organized, in addition to being a talented editor with a sharp eye for detail. Her excellent work has given me the confidence to take on more photo shoots, knowing I can wow my clients with photos true to my style and a faster-than-normal turnaround time, all thanks to Jen!
I have tried out other editors in the past only to be disappointed, but Jennifer *got it* (and me) right from the start. Honestly I hesitate to post this because I want to keep her all to myself. Jennifer is a treasure, and working with her is an opportunity you won't want to miss!

I am so glad you found your way to my website! Since opening this business at the beginning of 2022 I have had the honor of editing all kinds of photography including weddings, portraits, commercial events, and branding shoots. I love the variety of photos and editing styles that I get to work with.
I have always loved photography. I still remember playing around with my Dad's old film camera when I was a kid! I enjoy taking photos of my family and our travels. But becoming a professional photographer never felt like the right fit for me, so my life followed a different path for a while. When I discovered this idea of helping photographers edit their photos I was over the moon. I love bringing a photo to life through the editing process in Lightroom. And getting to work with so many beautiful photos on a daily basis is a dream come true!
I hope we get the chance to work together soon!

My top priority when editing your photos is consistency. I want your style to be clear across all of your catalogs. Still developing or refining your style? No problem! Lets work on it together.
I will select the best images from the collection you send me. I base selections off of a number of factors including importance, variety, composition, expressions, special moments, etc. I make sure the selections show the best of your work while telling the full story of the day.
Smart previews allow me to edit images that are not physically connected to my computer. So when you send me smart previews, you are not actually sending me the raw files, just their smart preview data. This way the raw files stay safe and sound on your computer!
These are images that you've edited.
I use anchor images to view your editing steps and as references for the rest of the catalog. They are an important tool for me to learn your editing style. I ask that you edit 5-10% of each catalog, including at least one photo in every lighting situation.
That's totally up to you! We will get into this more in the on-boarding process, but to summarize...I offer my clients the choice between providing anchor images in each catalog they send me or sending me a reference catalog when we begin working together that I can use as a reference for all future catalogs.
While syncing from the anchor images or reference catalog is typically how I begin, there is a lot more to it. In the same way that you revise and tweak edits from photo to photo, I will do the same...I use your anchors or reference images as a visual reference and after syncing, I go through each photo and make adjustments as needed to get it to match.
After I receive your information I will send you my pricing and services guide with lots of great information about what I offer.
